Managing Partner
Michael Stroup
Michael has been advising healthcare providers for over 25 years, as a consultant, investment banker and Mergers & Acquisitions executive for three leading private equity-backed portfolio companies. Prior to founding Integrus Partners, Michael was Chief Development Officer for Geode Health, a KKR-backed company that acquires and builds Psychiatry practices. Prior to Geode, Michael was Chief Growth Officer for Southern Veterinary Partners, a Shore Capital-backed company that is one of the largest acquirers of veterinary practices. Prior to Southern Veterinary Partners, Michael was Senior Vice President of Development and Head of Strategy for United Surgical Partners International, a Welsh Carson-founded company that has acquired or developed over 480 Ambulatory Surgery Centers and physician-owned hospitals. Earlier in his career, Michael was an Investment Banker with two top Wall Street firms: JP Morgan and RBC Capital Markets. Michael received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Michael lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys trying to keep up with his three kids while snow and water skiing.

Tripp Hobbs
Tripp has held Mergers & Acquisitions roles in three different healthcare sectors. Prior to launching Integrus Partners, Tripp helped lead M&A efforts at Rock Dental Brands. Prior to Rock Dental, Tripp worked with Michael at Geode Health, acquiring the core founding practices of this KKR-backed mental health venture. Prior to Geode, Tripp also worked with Michael at Southern Veterinary Partners, where he immediately made a huge impact, establishing and expanding a highly-productive outreach effort - identifying, qualifying and building relationships with high-priority Seller practices. Tripp graduated from Auburn University as well as Highlands College. He lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife and two young girls and is more than likely watching Winnie the Pooh, again, as you read this.

Colin Basinski
Colin Basinski is an Associate on Integrus Partners' Investment Banking Team, where he plays a key role in advising clients through each stage of the transaction process. He is passionate about serving his clients and takes pride in helping them navigate complex deals with clarity and confidence.
Prior to joining Integrus, Colin advised on sell-side M&A transactions at Skytale Group and Citizens Bank, specializing in healthcare sectors such as physician practice management, consumer healthcare, and healthcare services. Before banking, Colin began his career at Crowe LLP, where he supported leading fintech companies with Anti-Financial Crime consulting services.
Colin holds both a Master of Finance and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, along with a B.S. in Finance from Miami University. Outside of work, you can find him running with his dog, exploring National Parks, or hitting the ski slopes.
Business Development Manager
Matt Ritchie
Matt Ritchie brings a wealth of experience in business development and relationship-building to Integrus Partners. Prior to joining the team, Matt founded and sold a service-based business, gaining invaluable insight into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. He also founded a digital marketing agency focused on helping small business owners reach their ideal clients through tailored strategies. This experience sharpened his understanding of how to build strong client relationships and drive targeted growth in addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Matt held the position of Director of Partnerships at Outreach, Inc., a marketing agency for faith-based nonprofits, where he developed strategic partnerships and grew key relationships. These experiences have shaped Matt’s unique approach to identifying opportunities and fostering long-term client success. Matt graduated from Highlands College, where he cultivated his leadership skills and passion for service. At Integrus, he channels these experiences to help drive growth and create valuable business opportunities. Matt lives in the Auburn, Alabama area with his wife and three young kids, all 7 years old or younger, who keep him busy and inspired.
Charlie Grant
Analyst
Charlie Grant is an Investment Banking Analyst at Integrus Partners, where he supports M&A advisory across the healthcare services sector, including dental practices, veterinary clinics, and medical spas. Charlie is actively involved in every stage of the deal process, supporting clients through complex transactions with clarity and precision. Before joining Integrus, Charlie was an Investment Banking Analyst at MarshBerry, a boutique investment bank specializing in the insurance and wealth management industries. There, he contributed to a variety of engagements, including sell-side M&A, buy-side due diligence, and valuation advisory for clients.
Charlie earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University where he was actively involved on campus, serving as President of the club golf team.
