Integrus Partners was founded by M&A professionals who spent their careers on the buy-side — executing acquisitions for portfolio companies backed by the world's top private equity firms. Now, we use that knowledge exclusively for Sellers.
A senior team of M&A professionals with deep buy-side experience across healthcare, business services, and PE-backed platforms.
Michael has been advising healthcare companies for over 25 years, as an Investment Banker, Consultant, and most recently, as a Mergers & Acquisitions executive for three highly-successful private equity-backed portfolio companies.
Prior to founding Integrus Partners, Michael was Chief Development Officer for Geode Health, a KKR-backed company that acquires and builds Psychiatry practices. Michael was an early employee and key contributor to growing this 2021 start up into a true leader in the rapidly expanding Outpatient Mental Health sector.
Prior to Geode, Michael was Chief Growth Officer for Southern Veterinary Partners, a Shore Capital-backed company that is one of the largest acquirers of veterinary practices, growing to over $200M in EBITDA during his tenure.
Prior to Southern Veterinary Partners, Michael was Senior Vice President of Development and Head of Strategy for United Surgical Partners International, a Welsh Carson-founded company that has acquired or developed over 480 Ambulatory Surgery Centers and physician-owned hospitals, growing from $250M to over $1.5B in EBITDA during his 11-year tenure.
Earlier in his career, Michael was an Investment Banker with two top Wall Street firms: JP Morgan and RBC Capital Markets and a Consultant for Mercer.
Tripp has held Mergers & Acquisitions roles in three different healthcare sectors. Prior to launching Integrus Partners, Tripp helped lead M&A efforts at Rock Dental Brands.
Prior to Rock Dental, Tripp worked with Michael at Geode Health, acquiring the core founding practices of this KKR-backed mental health venture. Prior to Geode, Tripp also worked with Michael at Southern Veterinary Partners, where he immediately made a huge impact, establishing and expanding a highly-productive outreach effort — identifying, qualifying and building relationships with high-priority Seller practices.

We founded Integrus Partners because we saw firsthand how the information gap between Buyers and Sellers costs business owners real money. Having spent our careers on the buy-side, we understand all too well how first-time Sellers are disadvantaged.
So we are flipping the script.

Senior partners who have been in every phase of a deal — from initial diligence through post-close integration.
No junior analysts. No hand-offs. Your deal is managed by partners with direct PE experience, start to finish.
