Why We Founded Integrus Partners

We have acquired over 100 provider practices while overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions for several leading healthcare portfolio companies of well-known private equity firms, including KKR, Shore Capital and Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe. We were consistently underwhelmed by the level of service that so many sell-side advisors provided the selling providers, and we constantly talked about how we would better serve our potential clients on the other side of the deal table. Too many advisors send vanilla Seller Summaries indiscriminately to too many Buyers. You get 100% senior attention. No substituting junior bankers. We will be the ones communicating your Value Proposition to the Buyers and negotiating the best deal terms for you. We often hear we are fun to work with and “bring a more personal feel” to the deal process. But don’t take it from us, we can provide references from several provider owners that we acquired.
